In 1x02, Sheldon calls gravity a bitch, and in 1x13, Sheldon calls Leonard a bitch. In 1x04, Sheldon refers to Penny's menstrual cycle too often and in too many different ways to bother counting. In 1x07, five different people refer to Christie as a whore (though in fairness, one of those instances was the end of a sentence beginning "I don't think she's a"), and Penny describes Christie's lingerie as slutty.
There is one clear Bechdel pass and two unclear. Counting both possible failures as definite failures, six episodes fail for having no speaking female characters other than Penny, six fail for not having female characters speak to each other, and four fail for not having female characters converse on a topic other than a man. There is also one clear race-Bechdel pass. Eight episodes fail for having no speaking characters of color other than Raj, seven for not having characters of color speak to each other, and one for not having characters of color converse on a topic other than a white person.
Women are considerably better represented than I expected, but that's countered by how their involvement in the plot is almost invariably as the object of a man's sexual attraction. Characters of color are also well represented, though not with anything like the same frequency that characters of color are seen in Pasadena: there are two South Asian males and two South Asian females, three of whom are Raj and his parents, four East Asian males, two of whom live in China, and two black females.
